I agree! I travelled to Toronto & Montreal by myself and had great time, met locals talked to restaurant and store employees, got some recommendations on places to go and see, met some university students and we had a great time checking out the local night scene. I am traveling with a friend as well and already know I will be back soon solo, maybe as early as end of April!

Hey all! Got my tax refund and decided to take myself an honest to god for real vacation for once in my life. In my searching I found Temptation, and then this board, then booked my trip I'm just a single dad finally getting some free time and I intend to enjoy it. Booked me a solid 7 days and now I sit anxiously waiting for June to arrive. This trip is giving me some motivation to get in shape though Hope to meet some awesome people there!
Hi. You might fit very well if you want to. That being said, we were there last December and my girlfriend and I hang a lot with a Gay guy (he was with his friends, hetero couples, but they kept fighting so he mostly was by himself). He stated more than once that he felt very lonely, there were no other single gay guy there, and he did not like it as much as he expected. Not saying you should not go, i'm sure most people will be nice to you, but in my example, beside us (we were already friends with his friends) not many people really mingle with him, most (guys and couples) are busy chasing single girls...
