    Your trainer deserves to get his ass whooped... I hope you reported him to the BBB and who ever certified him.

    I will weigh myself a lot more now that I am going to the gym on a regular basis.


    Biggest thing I notices were my pants starting to fall off me, having to tighten my belt to the last belt loop ect. I knew I was loosing but I thought it was more in inches than weight.

    so saw my personal trainer today..and she decided it was time to do the measure thing.. and I have to say that I am somewhat frustrated, I understand that these are just numbers and that if everyday I try to do a bit better on my goals its all good.. the one plus that I was happy about and worked hard on was my upper body strength/lean muscle mass.. it has increased but so has everything else.. including weight and body fat.. ;(which doesnt really make sense because I feel smaller) SOOO onward and upward..

    My trainer has recommended that I read Dr. Phil's Ultimate weight loss solution..even though I only need to lose 10 to 15 lbs...she seem to think that my mine and body & metabolizim needs to be reset.. lol

    Was it your body fat or BMI that changed? Don't pay attention to body fat as its too generic.. ANd how did they measure BMI? At our gym there is a device you can hold that sends an electrical pulse through your body to determine BMI.

    it was measured on this devise.. my BMI was the top end of normal.. my weight was a bit over normal for my height but my bodyfat was up even more than last time.. ;(

    its recommendation is I lose 25 lbs and 9 lbs of fat.. lol so.. I agree with the 9 lbs of fat but 25 lbs at my age is not a good weight for me personally.. 10 lbs minimum though..

    So jealous! It's taken over a month to drop 9lbs. :(

    You absolutely should! He was a dick and didn't offer any good advise, wasted our training sessions on the same boring ass workouts and the same old pitch about the stupid shakes. We got better nutrition advise from everybody else there for FREE! It was a wasted $60.

    Got a great workout at 4:30 this morning. This afternoon feeling sick, with a sore throat and head cold. blah. Fight Fight fight. Crap I hate this.

    ok, went to a diff. gym last night only had 1 more day on the old pass. well we changed. more bang for buck with diff. place. tanning unlimited, plus the group classes zumba ect. included, and its for 15 months instead of 12!! getting together with a trainer for some routine tips and nutrition. see what i could be doing wrong and right!! they have some interesting mach. that ive never used before. so here goes!!
