    Did 2.75 miles on the elliptical with no foot pain, then did .5 miles on the treadmill before starting to get some pain... Took a 5 min break, then did another .75 miles before feet started hurting... Then did another mile or so on the elliptical.

    Looks like its going to be a long progress to get me doing cardio with impact.. :(

    Oh and come to find out last night after talking to our new trainer, that our old trainer gave me the wrong nutrition information for the weight loss I'm trying to do... He was more concerned with trying to get us to buy Visalis from him (Body by Vi weight loss shakes)

    i feel your pain with the feet issue! that just sucks. glad mine is finally resolved. hope yours goes away soon!! went to the house of pain did a prety good work out! so i put on some of my iffy pants today, well crap!! still pretty snug!!! getting annoyed!! i know bla bla bla its my own fault, i mean you cant go around sitting in front of the tv eating like mrs. ed and expect not to expand in undesirable places but it still smarts, knowing that these pants i couldnt wear because they were baggy! well im wearing them anyway!! keeps me reminded not to put crap in my mouth!!!!!!!!!! i dont mind feeling like the little engine that could, i just dont want to look like it!! ok now to have a great day!! keep at it all just believe that when we reach our goals, we will be up on stage in paty os doing our dance on the bars!!!

    Slept in an extra hour and a half this morning. (Hubby snuggles were more of a priority.:liebe011:) But I still ended up doing an hour of step aerobics and 30 mins of cardio/weights. Planning on hitting the gym after work tonight too. I'm up a pound today so I'm pretty frustrated, but my jeans are a little looser today so that helps some.

    Dani and I started Nutri system around 6 weeks ago. I have been on the tread mill a few times and the tower of power ( dips and pull ups) a few times as well.

    Last night we were back in the gym to start our push, we are 60 days out and will do the 6 day a week thing until we leave. Staying motivated is the key for us.

    Added surprise for me was weighing in 23 lbs lighter than when I started nutrisystem 6 weeks ago. I had not weighed in since we started. Really hoping to drop maybe another 15 pounds of fat and keep toning up.

    I will let Dani post her progress if she wants :)

    Wow that would be a very nice surprise. Way to go. I on the other hand feel the need to weight in every couple days to make sure I'm on track..

    im still ridiculously jealous of your loss... hopefully my new meal setup will help me.

    wow to step on the scale and get a suprise like that!!!!!!!!! does the food taste good? how expensive is it? i have seen the comercials, and have wondered about it. seems like taking all the guess wowrk out of it. just getting pre made food and not having to plan, mesure ect. seems nice.

    The food is alright, I have to salt and pepper and hot sauce to taste. It is a truly simple system its all portion controlled. I want to say I haven't been hungry at times, but that would be a lie.

    I bought two months up front and waited to use it until January, I want to say it was about 8 dollars a day. For me it wasn't about the price it was about not having to really think and just do something planned out for me.

    All of my weight gain came from to large of portions and going back for seconds. I was never really a sweets eater, ( minus the wife (insert snare)). I am sure I will plane out soon, I hope introducing cardio everyday along with the high reps of weight lifting I am doing will decrease those chances!
