Got in an hour this morning... And discovered I'm down 1.5 lbs AND I can fit into 3 pairs of jeans I haven't been able to wear in a long time! :icon_biggrin:
You know on Saturday I was down another 1.5lbs but checked this am and I'm up 2.5lbs.. I know this can be so discouraging but going to stick with it and not get to down of myself.. I did alot of cursing and swearing this am.. just going to work harder.. AND STOP EATING THOSE YUMMY ALMONDS...
OH.. the dreaded Almonds.. Bruce buys the big box of the single serving ones and the standing order is, HIDE THEM FROM ME!!!. haha! they really will knock you off track.. as you have figured out.. but.. great job and that 2.5 will be gone by friday for sure... :sunny:
Its these small steps, a few at a time that take you to a truly amazing physique. Keep up the good work, soon them pants wont fit either, but for a good reason.
Still the same as last friday and stayed home from work today with a sore back. I am hoping it will relax and I can work out later maybe. Being extra careful with food today too. Dammit i want results by Friday. 9 lbs to go for this month.
Thanks guys! It's so nice to finally be able to see the results in myself. I messed up my shoulder last week and over the past few days found that stretching/yoga helps a lot... Well that and muscle relaxers. Pushups do NOT help. Lol.
