Same here... Went back to the gym last night and put in another 30 mins (2.7 miles) with no foot pain! And my legs aren't sore this morning! Gonna go for another 5-10 miles on the elliptical today after work...
wow! went to the house of pain last night, on the eliptical i put the incline up to 19 that works all the muscle groups!! i was doing that with the tension on 7 i can feel it today!! up and down when i got tired i put it lower, then back up to kill my legs again!! i can feel it in my butt too!!keep this up and i can say good bye j lo butt!! yesterday i diddnt do anything but that and the treadmill because of snow renmoval, but today sides and gut!!need to deep it up so i can wear the clothes with confidence!!
I did not read all 100+ pages. All I can say to you guys is the hardest part is commitment to yourself. Then letting yourself down. Things happen that throw you off. A small change in food or spices will give you weight gains. Not eating enough food or eating too much will make you gain weight. Not doing your cardio will plateau you out (I'm stuck myself pre Mexico) too busy this week. Keep plugging away. I'm going about 8 times a week to the gym now that it's contest time, and I'm afraid I won't make it. Fairly far behind already. I guess my point is, chart and log everything, make small adjustments and smash yourself at the gym every time Best of luck to everyone in their goals.
I've actually been doing better doing a very low incline like 6 with a higher resistance of 8-10... When I was doing 14-17 incline and 5-6 resistance, I really only felt it in my glutes.
yes i do feel it in the butt!! ha ha but i will keep changing it up. some times just more tension, others incline. i know if you do the same thing it will stagnate. i was telling my hubby who is the eliptical energizer king, that he needs to change it up also!! well see i had great results last time i did this. back to the legs mach. also the one where you pull in, then other push out. it really helps to trim down jigglies on the thighs!! i think we all know what works best for our own indvidual needs. all of the suggestions work great too!!
I've tried EVERYTHING posted on here to help. My wife is perfect (IMO) I need help. All I was hoping and trying for before our next trip is to be taller, better looking, and not such of a dumb-ass. So far NOTHING has helped.
I posted some pictures of my first show. Was too fat on stage, but we will see what happens again. The diet kills me every time..... Here is to the wagon

ive heard abut a new break through for hieghth. get your knees done! im thinking about it! no need for those heels anymore! dumb ass smart ass oh well life isnt perfect!! if i remember right, your fine just the way you are!
