If i was sitting beside someone as hot as you, it wont be so bad, with the girlfriend on the other side. There is enough lion to go around, lets not be greedy Knowing my luck, Im sitting beside a nun going to open a new convent.
ROFLMFAO> you and me both. I could go to a hcokey game and buy every 50/50 ticket in the building, and they'd draw a ticket from the night before.
So if we go together, do the 2 negatives get canceled out, or are we now a combined double negative? Man it could be crazy bad in mexico hehe.
as long as i stay off the rum we are good.. other wise mexican jail here i come!LOL. to quote dr johnny fever of wkrp fame: " it was a misunderstanding between me and 40 mexican federales.... I said lets see some badges... they said 'badges? we dont need no stinking badges' ".
Its ok, we drink rum, together, zebra has bail money. And im sure if she needed more that the resort would pitch in for us, I have faith in our week 8 crew!
Here is the article - personally speaking TTR or any vacation would not hold me back from opening the door, pulling the emergency shoot out and jumping off the plane and possibly being arrested. Storm saga: anatomy of a 17-hour flight delay - Toronto - CBC News And the lawyers are starting to come out of the wood works... albeit Craigslist.ca lol http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/lgs/3604883221.html However with all that being said above, Toronto did get hit with the worst storm in 5 years and we had plenty of warning of 2' of snow falling over 48 hours nonstop. They even told people not to travel to work and stay home to help keep the roads clear so they city could clean up the massive mess. There were also over 200 flights cancelled, airport personal couldn't make it into work either yet people still went to the airport expecting to leave. I am amazed that the pilots were even able to take off safely in the conditions we were handed by mother nature. http://www.globaltoronto.com/passen...rmac at toronto airport/6442806052/story.html
I must be Mr Lucky.....flown 7 times to Cancun from Toronto with no problems. This could be wiped out if they go on strike in March, as I`m scheduled to fly Apr 3rd. Also second Karen`s motion, always buy the #100 dollar elite option at the time of booking. My seat selection in Apr, is 2D both ways, booked Oct 2012! Another bonus, no waiting in line to check in, a special line for elite travelers at both airports. Just my 0.2 cents worth
I agree, nice to be at the front of the plane, Malcolm, but if I am traveling with tall people like Rene, we choose row 16 because it has considerably more legroom that the extra-legroom seats at the front of the plane. The downside is that you aren't the first one off the plane. If I'm travelling alone, I sit up front, because at 5'8", I don't need the super-duper-extra-legroom seats in the exit row. Don't choose row 15, as the seats don't recline.
We used Sunwing once for a trip to Mexico and we sat in the airport for 15 hours going an ten hours returning. You could pay me to fly Sunwing.
Used sunwing for our first and last time. late leaving halifax, later leaving cancun. got back to halifax, was 4 am, they didnt have the doors at the top of the ramp off the plane open. had to wait there for 45 minutes while they found a sunwing rep to open them. Got our luggage, one suitcase was busted open, no sunwing rep anywhere to be found to file a claim. Called them , was told, they wouldnt process claims once we left the airport . Explained there was no rep to process a claim, got the runaround and an emaila ddy. sent the email addy monday , as of this moment, no reply, only the confirmation stating they received the email. Never ever again.
