Can somebody tell me why i cannot post attachments?

 

When I post attachment I either use my albums here to do it or I use photbucket.com, upload the pic and copy the IMG for it then post it here.

If you use the albums. Go to user CP, albums and pictures, upload, then copy img code, then post in where you want it.
