Exercising Together !!!

    your not old.. lol cause if you are than I really am.. haha!!

    It took 2 times a week at the chiropractor for several weeks and I really think that whatever it was, I was overdoing it and as i got stonger and stopped with the over the head stuff.. it all straightend out .. but like I mentioned I still have to be careful.. do you remember my posts about head pain and working out?.. lol... og.. its gonna feel so good when thay really get in there and dig.. I hope you blooked the deep one.. and tell them your there for them to work on your back and neck mostly.. :xyxthumbs:

    The weight is finallyyyyyy coming offff!! YAYYY!! lol.


    Oh and since I told you guys I would do this: Here is a photo of me 9 1/2 months prego and then this morning. Obviously there is a baby in my belly in the first one, lol. However, if you compare it to the progress pic that i posted the other day you can see the difference.

    Been living with an injury for 19 months now, yep I worked out the whole time but some days those workouts were pitifull. The knee is slowly getting stronger but so much muscle was lost. I stopped working out for two weeks when I had my surgery and put on 5 lbs too. Totally understand. Work out within the limits of the injury as painfree as you can. Remember all the other parts still work.

    Got in a pretty good workout this morning. Still tough for the leg but its come a long way. I can finally push it on the elliptical and work up a great sweat. U did some changing up of my diet today too. Gonna have a really strict week and push out more weightloss. Fingers crossed that Friday is one hell of a beautiful day.

    doing ok, but need to get over the stress munching!!! i know stress releases a chemical that helps to retain fat, so not fair with the boss i have!! she dont pick on just me, this i understand she is an equal opportunitty bitc_!! treats everyone like scum. but still makes it hard to stay focused. she really hates form fitting clothes, so my biggest revenge would be to wear them. so no munching!!!!! i just need to keep a mental pic. of her in my head of her face wearing the stuff. it would be pricless!!! good job hammie. sorry to hear about the neck and back pain deb. years ago my shoulder kept popping in and out of socket doing the dumbest things ouch!!! at least that problem has cleared up! sounds like partydoll knows what to do for it though. heres to everyone for a great next wiegh in!

    I had a another great workout with my trainer today.. damn that girl makes me work really really hard.. lol ;)

    I did 45 mins of weights, 40 mins of step aerobics, and 45 mins of Zumba this morning. And tonight we meet with our new personal trainer. Hopefully I'll survive the day. Lol
