<3 I try! lol. I'm always posting pics when I'm at the gym of how many calories I burned on my Facebook. So far I've motivated a good amount of people to start working out regularly! It feels great to be active!
So proud of you babe! And you're looking pretty damn hot. Got in 2 hours yesterday, and lost another pound! It's finally starting to show.
yuk!! drank beer yesterday, now i have a raging headache!! teaach me. so no wieght loss yesterday. should have stayed home. i never drink anything on sundays, dumb me. oh well monday is a new and great day. time to lose this week!!!

I did get in my pre superbowl workout, and at the party had 1 bowl of chili and the rest fresh veggies. I did have a bunch of wine... but I weighed in this morning and lost almost 2 lbs this week! I am so stoked! I have a certain weight goal for when Kev and I go to savannah in 3 weeks and I think I am going to do it!- only 2 more lbs to lost for that first goal. woop woop

lol... That was the wife's... It was early in the morning on a road rally we were doing, and it was cold and I had no sweatshirt... She offered me that so I started doing fat guy in a little coat...
what I took was something like Airbourn but another brand that fizzy desolved in a 1/2 glass of water.. and I think it worked as well as cold FX if not better... I had a great workout today and only got an hour of cardio in yesterday.. so I sucked at our weekend challenge,, haha!

hahaha i didn't even notice that until it was pointed out! hahah great movie btw. GREAT job also! Keep up the great work!! I don't know WTH my body is upto. Last night I stuffed my face with a crap load of chinese food, rice, wings, tostitos and other crap food..... and this morning I wake up 5 pounds lighter than I was yesterday morning. I was wearing the same thing, always the same time of day and always after I use the bathroom. I don't understand it!!! I didn't work out at all yesterday except for a little samba. I'm just going to blame my thyroid. That bastards killing me, lol! Oh well! I'll take the smaller scale number anyway!
