    Even though I've lost a few pounds recently, I'm still up 10 pounds since I started going HAM on myself. lol. Hammie goes ham.... imagine that! :)

    Even though I've gained.... my measurements make me feel a little bit better. I'd love to see the scale numbers down but this just proves the scale really isn't my friend! lol.

    FYI, something I learned is that the body will only absorb so much vitamin c.. the rest gets peed out.. my best advice as soon as you notice a cold coming on is airborne.. but you have to drink it asap as soon as you shoe symptoms..

    I did 45 mins hard yesterday and plan a hard workout today too- it's the superbowl so I need to bank some calories!

    Did 25 mins of cardio today... not much, but I did 3 sets of my full workout with weights and also down another pound.. 1.5 more pounds and I'll be back to a weight I haven't seen in almost five years..

    way to go hammie!! sure looks like very good progress. children have a way of changing our shapes. after 4 i would settle for a a couple of years ago wieght. and shape!! but my own fault. havent worked up courage to post pics yet. but i will. keep up the great work!!

    Looking great Hammie. I kinda of do the same thing. No lost and then all of a sudden 10 lbs. It's noticable the work your doing. Use measurement too it will help with the lack of scale decreasing. You go girl.

    Down another 1/2 lb today and did Ab ripper, legs on my fitter, and med ball arms and back. Oh and just 15 minutes on the bike hard.

    Kim salt water gargle too it helps. I always take 1000 of vitamin C everyday, keeps that shit away.

    Thanks guys!!! You all help motivate me! :)

    I just weighed myself this morning. I gained another 2 pounds :( Ughhh! I'm only 8 pounds less than I was almost 10 months pregnant. Yes I said 10 lol. I took my measurement and in 6 days I'm down one whole inch on my waist! WOOO! I think just for fun I may put on the same outfit that I wore the day before I had my son and compare pics. lol. It's a zumba outfit so it's pretty curve hugging.


    Don't be too shy to post pics! We are all here to support and root each other on! :)

    Every time I see you guys post about your workouts and progress it makes me wanna be that much more active! :)
