This is probably controversial, but this afternoon I watched a documentary about exercise, and it proved that some people are genetically predisposed to exercise having no physical benefit whatsoever, about 15% of the population. It also showed that doing just 3 x 20 seconds intense exercise 3 times a week (yes that's all!) has a major health impact on things such as insulin sensitivity and cardio vascular health. And the best thing to do is basically get off your backside and keep moving all day - the chair is the killer! I don't suppose any of this will give you a 6 pack though. Pity. Body Combat tomorrow then.... :daisy:
I plan on reading and I wish I could add more days but things are too tight this year. I even almost gave up on getting a vaca this year. But worked it our and did a little sweet talking to the hubby...LOL Been going to VIM the last 2 years but hubbys boss just came back from Temptations and said it was a lot of fun. Looking forward to meeting a lot of fun people! Have to have an extra good time cuz it looks like I will be having surgery this year and my summer will be shot! artytime:

I have been working out for years and I can tell you P90x, if you put in the effort, is as challenging a workout as anything out there. I am on week 4 of my 3rd p90x cycle and it is still kicking my ass.
