Guys you're on holiday! Are you going to make your own bed and wash pots too?? We've done 21 days before and only bothered to wash a few "smalls" with travel wash - the rest can wait for the real world! :daisy:
Hey Lennie & Jodie, let us know how you make out with your laundry service question during your Feb visit. We will be there in April for 14 days, facing the same question, and my initial strategy of "wear less more often" just might not work as well as I envision it will. Lots of theme outfits here too that have to try and pack. Now that is not lots of material in each, mind you, but still she might want to freshen them up for the 2nd "go round". Have a great trip... Looking forward to you two documenting some of your extended stay shenanigans in a trip report.
I found a travel sized 3 pack of Tide. Each pack is just enough to fill a sink. It was with the travel sized stuff at the drug store. I'm just going to bring that and maybe do some undies/bathing suits if I have to and anything else I really need to reuse.
I remember looking at the price list when we were there last time and it was CRAZY!!! Oh the trials and tribulations of spending 16 days at TTR...I'm feeling really sorry for you.
Don't let them fool you. The reason they need to do laundry is they are bringing all manner of shenanigans (ie jello wrestling paraphenalia) and maybe that's why they won't have enough clothes?
I always do that and wash my work out clothes and the sun tan lotion out of my bikinis too. Works well. We have done laundry at he store to the left in the past but I think they closed it.
closed yes , i just checked this last visit, they had taken out the self service machines, I used a laundry 10 minutes up the street, it was 10 dollars for a 10kg load, wash and dry service...
there is a laundrymat behind the store next to the hotel.my wife said if you cross the street and walk to your left in that little mall there is a place where they will wash it for you at reasonable prices
