Got my weights done this morning..might do a little cardo when I get home..haha! that is of course wishfull thinking.. lol
well ok, diddnt go to the gym last night. way too much snow removal!! yuk im so done with winter!!! at least my arms and back got a workout!!the secretary shoveled one entrance, and was dead!! there is 6 entrances and 10 ramps to be shoveled every time plus plowing all the grounds!! so yea my arms were tired. hopefully it dont snow too much today. 1-6 in. yuk. but enough whining! maybe gym tonight. principle still being a hag. have meetings set up to fight for my basic rights. stupid i know!! still have hopes for april, but well still cant book yet. sounds like everyone is still at it! sometimes i read some dicouraged posts but im sure you all are looking great!! im wearing some of my tight jeans and not much poking out of them, still a ways to go, so gonna stick with it!!
Same here... Went home to change, snow was bad, so I bailed.... Then 30 mins after I said i was bailing, snow stopped lol.
Weighed in yesterday, down 1 lb again (yay!) Worked out hard last night, I am hobbling today! My work schedule is insane this week- 4 different wine events including 2 on Saturday + a work trip to Chaleston so my main goal is to stick to my calorie allowance and hopefully work out Thursday, Saturday morning, and Sunday. D
I was a little sore Sunday morning so I gave myself a day off to keep from burning out. That was a big mistake. I came down with some stupid bug yesterday so I wasn't able to work out, and so far I'm not feeling up to doing anything today either. I'm really hoping I'll start feeling better in a while so I can get a decent workout in and try and make my way into work at some point. But as of right now it's not looking so good. I swear this happens every time I get myself into a good groove. :icon_mad:
Got my cardio in this morning but only 40 minutes.. I just decided that I HATE CARDIO IN THE MORNING...lol but I did watch a very informative movie about dieting while I was on the treadmill... its called Hungry for change. I believe what it says is true... Keep hittin that cardio early in the morning, preferrably with little to no food & then consume your healthy-sized breakfast afterwards. Trainers & Natural bodybuilders have been using this method for decades to jumpstart fat-loss. Use intervals of greater intensity & try to achieve as much as you can in 45 min. A truly intense calorie burn should beat ya' up in 45 min or less & then your muscles will be craving those healthy calories more than your fat cells.
