The two of you have issues with water.. And you're asking if there's going to be water around? During a cruise? On a boat? To an island? Yeah.. There are problems with this. However, if you're okay with deep water (a subjective term) while remaining on a boat, you'll be fine. You don't have to get in the water if you don't want.
Not even remotely. The water is very clear, so you can see the bottom, so that helps with fear of deep water, I've heard. And, there's no real need to actually get off of the boat into the water, unless you just wanted to do it, i.e. snorkeling, skinny-dip, belly-flop, etc. It's not a problem, either way.
The crew will be happy to tie you to the rigging naked so you can't fall overboard but still have a lot of fun.
Boob Cruise...... No problem at all! You do not have to go in the water but you can have all the fun you want on the cruise.....whatever you choose and no one gives a dam! So go and have fun! :69:
