    Oh also! I learned something new! :)

    Take your weight in pounds. Multiply by .48. X's by 8 hours or how long you sleep at night. That's how many calories your body burns while you sleep! :) FUN!

    I also learned that sitting and watching tv burns 20 calories and hour or upto 50/hr depending on how muscular you are.

    Driving for 4 hours burns 600 calories.


    Just a few interesting facts I wanted to share! Remember every single thing you do, even chewing and talking on the phone burn calories! :) Keep moving! <3

    I really like that... according to those calculations I'm burning min. 1120 calories a day.
    600 calories driving?? is that very very stressful driving or is it just regular driving.. I might be able to add a few to that number..LOL

    At this rate I should be skinny mini by the time we get to Temptations...LOL

    Oh yeah my kind of work out... Thanks HammieJ you cheered me up today...

    lol my pleasure! I think that is just regular driving. I live in NJ so all driving is angry driving. haha. I guess because your arms are up and you have pressure on your leg off and on. Also when you go around curves, brake, speed up, you contract your ab/obliques to keep your body center. I'm sure the frustration of driving causes thing to speed up and slow down lol I.e heart rate and blood pressure. don't forget to touch that stereo! Reaching out your arm burns calories.

    Sitting and talking on the phone for 4 hours burns 460 calories. Now I'm not one to promote talking while driving, but hey you do the math! LOL.

    I feel SOOOOOOO good!! I just did 40 minutes on the elliptical. I varied between 4 resistance and 17 resistance. Did 3.23 miles and burned a total of 522 calories

    I weighed myself before I worked out..... and then immediately after. I went from 218.8 to 218 flat! WOOOO! :) Must have been all of that sweat! :)

    and yes I just gave away my weight lol.


    I was thinking about skipping because I just ate a sweet potato and thought for sure I'd vomit if i worked out..... lol but I made it through without getting sick and I feel AMAZING!

    havent worked up to 40 min. on eliptical yet. close, but have to start slow next week is a diff. story. hopefully i will see the scale start to move like l
    that!! things still just putting along, but ok. soon some real results to post!!!

    Slept in a bit this morning so I only got in an hour this morning. I don't think I could have gone any longer anyway though. It was a rough one... But on the positive side... I'm down another .8 lb! :)

    I got a good cardio workout done this morning, 90 minutes and as of this morning I am back down to where I was before xmas.. lol so.. ill start posting what I lose from here.. I would like to lose another 10 lbs.. here's hoping!!;)

    Just finished working out for today. Holy moly. Got a new video that is over an hour of torture, and my thighs are trembling from lunges. Yeah!

    I heard ya! Believe it or not I started out doing only like 10 minutes at a time. When I used to do the elliptical all the time i could stay on for like 90 minutes. It's like the runners wind or whatever they call it. After you are on for so long you just kinda go with the flow and time flies!


    Everyone is doing so great!! Thank you all for keeping me motivated! Determination is key! <3

    Worked today and I think four of us did 400 patients. Now, I am off to work out so I can feel better in my bikini. Tired as hell so hopefully this workout doesn't totally suck.

    Congrats on getting back to before Christmas weight Kim. I start posting what I lose when I feel better about it. Got alot of work ahead of me this time.
