    I was thinking of every excuse last night not to work out but I did it anyway, felt awesome after. Also did a mini scale hop and looks like I'll lose this week YAY. I don't weigh in for real until Monday though!

    Lies! I have a copy hanging right next to my desk... 1417 :aetsch022: Lose It recommends basically the same for where I'm at now...

    Got in 90 minutes this morning. I really need to start getting my ass out of bed earlier so I can get back to 2 & a half hours. I'm starting to notice a change in my face... I have cheekbones again and I'm getting my biceps back! Lol. My energy level during the day has increased quite a bit and I'm noticing that my mood is better for the most part. Although Dikfore would be a better judge of that. Lol. And I'm down another 1/2 pound.

    every one sounds like they did great this week..

    I did my weights this morning at the gym..I didnt do supersets today just regular 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps in a circut.. but upped my weights.. I feel good so far.. I guess we will see if Im soar tomorrow!..

    I knows this seem like a weird question but ..
    can anyone tell me when I do a bicept curl using a 15 pounds free weight and I can 3 sets of 8, can hardly do that last 2 on the third set for sure.. is that lame or good for a girl.. lol

    I saw girls this morrning that are doing way less than me and have shitty form but they have great muscel tone..I guess it might be because they are younger than me.. ha! everyone is younger than me.. lol ..but still it pisses me off.. hahah!

    Down 4lbs... see what a bit of smack talk and dirty looks can do to the scale...LOL
    However...not feeling so well today not sure if its that flu going around or just tired..it is friday..Yeah,,, but not if I'm sick that should happen on a Monday..LOL

    WOW.. thats is a great drop.. sorry your not feeling well.. make some fresh chicken soup for you to have while you feel shitty instead of your normal feel good comfort food.. lol Miss emotional eater.. :) hahah!!

    LOL...mmm mmm good... "chicken" Jeff's favorite."NOT" he is so sick of it because that is pretty much all I cook.
    Ah well "IF" I'm sick chicken soup does sound good.. And if I have what I think is going around...I think food will be the last thing I will want.

    How's your dad feeling by the way?

    He is doing ok.. its hard to do much with one broken wrist and one spained but hes managing.. hes hand is BLACK its so bruised... I feel like going over to that house where he fell and tell them that if I ever see that they havent cleared there sidewalk again.. Im gonna have my dad sue their asses.

    AHHH!!! :) So guess what! I am down FIVE pounds just in 2 days!
    I took off all week from Zumba until last night.
    I did about 25 minutes of elliptical.... a very light setting and speed to warm up before Zumba. Burned 276 calories.
    Went to Zumba for an hour - 800-1200 calories down.
    Then I felt adventurous so I went back on the elliptical for 35 minutes. I had the ramp on 10 and the resistance on 10-15 some of the time... but no less than 4/5 ish. I burned 435 calories! I did what SweetChild said and DOUSED myself with water immediately after and the rest of the night. My sensai helped me wean off of drinking much of anything while working out so I don't drink at all on the elliptical. I do drink during Zumba though.

    So after Zumba.... I was like man I haven't ate since like 2pm! (This is at like 9pm). We decide to go to Texas Roadhouse. I had a caesar salad, little steak, ribs, mushrooms, and mmmm!! I still have a sweet potato left over that I didn't eat! It felt great to reward myself and still lose. I'm sure if I would have just had a yogurt I may have lost like 6 lbs but I dont care. It's not worth it to me! lol. It just goes to show you can lose weight eating whatever you want. You just have to "work ittttt!" :)


    Thank you ALL for being such an inspiration!! I love how we all motivate each other!

    I use 15's for bicep curls too and I always struggle with the last few. I don't think that's lame at all, it's pretty damn impressive considering there are a hell of a lot of people that can't even do one. So basically, we rock! :icon_wink:


    Awesome!!! Hope you feel better soon. It always sucks being sick on weekends.

    DAMN! That's awesome!!! WTG!!!

    I'm glad he's doing better. That's gotta be a HUGE pain in the ass.
