Couple of points. Max guests is 3. No 2BR units. Not a typical RCI or Interval room. FYI. My plan is not like the plans mentioned above. My rate is locked in year round.

they are not ''free'' you still have to pay the AI fees and attend a 90 minute ts meeting you may know that but others may be getting excited at free weeks,lol
The members free week u have to sit on a meeting for a timeshare but If u get 1 of there regular weeks u don't have to sit in on a meeting from what I understand, some members have 2 or 3 weeks and only use 1 sometimes is that correct
When we upgraded our membership we received 9 free weeks in addition to 5 Premier weeks per year. The free weeks we use ourselves as they are limited to one per year. they are free as stated - they cost nothing for the week. The Premier weeks, when used by us or someone else, the AI is charged. These work out for people that have air miles they can use. Otherwise the cost is similiar to the packages depending on when you are going & where you are coming from. Hope this clears up some things
if you take a week the owener can charge what ever he wants, but they have too book it. but you don't get permier member braclets and such unless the owner is thier also. If anyone is looking for a week i might be able too hook you up.
I been thinking of this, and lets break it down for me, im new....(lion) So you give me a week, you book it for me, we negotiate some price? I fly down and then what? What exactly is the AI fee, 148 * 7 for example =1029 Then whatever flights cost 2-3k Total like 3-4k, this is the same costs as booking through any agent. Less risk, less people involved etc etc. Where is the advantage? What is included in premium that would make it worth the ADDITIONAL costs? Am I missing something? And I dont want to sit through a 90 min timeshare sales pitch where they are on me to purchase like vultures. Dont mean to come across rude, just trying to understand the advantage of this scenario.
