Yah we have been there 2 times so far and every time someone got up on the bar to do one the bartenders we like no no. They watch out for security I guess.

We have seen all sorts of things going on at the Sexy Pool - usually mid afternoon - every time we go. We have never seen anyone get stopped, and some of it was pretty wild. Thanks, Ryan. I did not know why there were cracking down but even last year they made me wait until the security guy walked around the corner towards the sports pool. Once they do that, it's open season for pictures, if the subjects are willing. Maybe it is an insurance issue...up on the bar, drunk people, etc...
I was wondering about that too. From a liability standpoint (or even just a "no cracked skulls today please" standpoint) I'm sure they're much happier with us doing floating body shots on a raft than they are people jumping and sliding around next to all that tile and metal at the bar.
