I'm down 1.2 lbs this week! 11.2 lost so far, a long way to go but I am making progress! July is coming...
One rough workout tonight. Ouch! I'm up to 5 nights a week now. New bikini arrived. Kinda scared to try it on, but will give me motivation to keep going.
I think it will be that way once I start losing more- I can't tell yet... (Mainly because I need to lose 5 pounds 9 more times--so I have a long road ahead)
only 5 lbs?.. that's not a long road a head.. and when you lose that 5 lbs you only have 5 lbs to lose.. :xyxthumbs: I prefer small goals. makes you feel great.. so don't worry about how many pounds you have to lose.. just focus on 5 lbs!!..
No, I need to lose 45, so I broke it down into small goals- lose 5 lbs, nine times over= 45. Just finished a crazy hard video. Dripping in sweat. Happy!
Ooouuuuuchhhh!! I am now doubling(tripling) my efforts. I needed a lil extra boost so I convinced Kellie to join me in the p90x tonight. I am gonna be hurting tomorrow while she toughed it out and tried but this is a gal that HATED gym class so I give her props. Todays workout- totaling 19k steps/7-20oz waters Morning= 45min on elliptical+ ab ripper afternoon/lunch break= 20 fast walk(1.2mi) tonight= p90x chest&back+ab ripper meals today- after workout= 1 rice cake w/low fat peanut butter breakfast= quaker steel cut oatmeal brunch snack= 1 tangerine/clementine lunch= 6oz pan fried salmon in olive oil and 1 tangerine dinner= 1 chicken apple sausage, mashed potatoes and stuffing.(ok so I cheated on the carbs but I know I worked it today so I'm good in my books)
Thats the way to tackle it.. manageable 5lb incremental goals. Congratulate yerself for every achievement, re-mnotivate yerself at every difficulty & give yerself one day a week to relax & eat a little more normal so long as the other 6 days a week U eat CLEAN & LEAN. it's good for the metabolism & for the mental state.
