    I would suggest the same happy hour times for this as are at The Cat's Meow in New Orleans. 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

    What do you think?!?!

    Just kidding, it's a great idea. Maybe 1:30 at the Sexy Pool bar, the portion actually facing the pool, or actually IN the pool at the swim-up bar?
