Hey...So I've been looking to try to find a hotel for the grand oasis cancun for the past few hours....sold out everywhere it seems! So my question is....what's the next best for spring break hotel?? my first time going to cancun and I want to make it a good one! Thanks!
I have been to several hotels in Cancun including Oasis, Riu Caribe, Hyatt, Princess in Riveara and a couple others that I can't remember right now. We found all the ones we've been to very good. The questions that need to be asked are what type of atmosphere are you looking for and what type of people are in your party. If everyone is over 21 and looking for a great party atmosphere then Temptations Resort (TTR) is the place to go. It is adults only and as long as seeing someone topless does not bother you then come join the party. The staff and guests are all great. Just follow the threads for Temptation on this site and you will see for yourself.
Thanks so much!! Yeah I think I've been leaning towards the omni hotel for a little while now. I was worried that the resort itself would be really lame or something. I'm going march 4-10.
As i have people at Oasis staying i can say that on Spring Break nearly all of the rooms are booked by Party Travel Companies. No or really a small amount goes to to the classical Tour Operators and Room-Resellers.. (Thomas Cook, Expedia, Orbitz etc) Omni is also a very nice place to be, as it is next to Oasis (if you wanna go there by daytime) Krystal would be the next on my list after then. Waliking Distance to the Club, also Party on the Daytime, and pretty cheap . (Saw it for 589USD per Person for 7 Nights AI) Cheers Nico
You can stay at ANY Oasis and bounce from hotel to hotel...The Grand Oasis Cancun is open for those flying in from Canada...Keep looking you may get a last minute...We stayed there last year for $600.00 3 days before flying out...Best of luck...Great Place for SpringBreak!
Great point, I have friends that have done that and it works out well! But, if you are hell bent on staying at the Oasis Cancun, just book through a travel site like studentcity, they have rooms available!
