We were wondering if anyone ever sees much hockey in the sports lounge? As huge hockey fans we are excited the season is finally getting underway and wouldn't mind watching a few games before supper and before the party really gets going. We have been to their "sports lounge" and they seem to think the only sports people watch are soccer, basketball and football. With a high number of Canadians and Americans who visit Temptations, you would think they would cater to the hockey fans as well! Not that we plan to spend our time watching games, but even if we could see some highlights and scores to get our fix it would be nice! :icon_lol: :flagcanada:
I don't know why this reminded me of this, but last year Tiger was working in the sports bar (he was being punished for something he did at the sexy pool bar), and I asked him if he had ever seen snow. He replied with "Si, on T.V.".
Don't count on much hockey anywhere in Cancun, and definitely not on ESPN Deportes. You could try the Brazilian restaurant across the road, but I am sure they don't have the NBC Sports Network. The odds of the NHL Network are even more slim.
Ive never seen any sports on in the 'sports lounge'. It's not really a sports lounge like you may be thinking ...it's more like a game room with a bar.
No time for hockey at TTR. Wake Up...... Breakfast ...... Sexy Pool ..... Dinner ..... Nice Shoes ....... Patty O's....... Bed
We were hoping for the same to catch a few of the games while were out there. Maybe we can just ask and see what they can do..you never know. We were in Playa April 2012 and the sports bar there had the NHL playoffs on. Fingers crossed they can help us out. See you all there!
