Okay, so now that you are feeling better, time to go into battle with the real hag! We want you and Phil there in April! Ideally 14th to 21st!

 

I love chocolate cherries. Chocolate sambuca cherries. Yum

 

Nope Karen it's Kathy and she's talking about her boss. Phil would never live if he called Kathy a hag. lol Hot flashes make April hard but I guess everyone thought we were only sweating while inside the pool is the only tolerable place.

 

Something else that is really good is vodka gummy bears. So good and u can have them by the handful.

 

Oh yes. I usually bring 2 to 4 lbs of peach schnapps soaked yummy bears with me on vacation. Lol it's great cuz you can get away with taking them on the plane with ya. Nothing like snackin' and getting a lol buzz on the plane. Without have to pay $7 for a beer.

 

ah yes m i do believe reading about the damn time your having. have you tried anything for them. dont just tough it out. i thought i would 15lbs later, when i wasnt trying to sleep i was being a hag!!!! got maybe 1 hour of sleep a night for about 2 months. never really did cool down. so if you get to where you cant stand it try the dot. really am pretty much back to my old self!!

 

Yup I know Kathy I am debating where to take it form here. Most months I am still okay but have had a few that have totally sucked. Anyways, rather think about themes here than hot flashes. Party time, talk to the hag and get some time off girl.
