I did an hour+ of yoga today. As long as I don't eat anything else today I should be at my calorie goal too (I run around and lift a lot for work, so me-eating-healthy is 1700 cals/day).
I keep telling myself no pain no gain. 150 12 lb wall ball squats. 200 25 lb kettle bell swings. 5 miles on the bike at 35 mph and 500 rpm on the row machine... I swear my trainer is trying to kill me. By the time April comes around ill be in better shape than I ever have been or I'll be in a wheelchair... Back again tomorrow for more torture.

Ummm...actually I think how it works is that each 10 pounds you lose you can SEE a 1/2" more penis because your gut's not hanging over it so far
I had a great workout this morning!.. but forgot I was supposed to do cardio because i have my trainer tomorrow and only once a week now.. im sure she will be testing me to see if i have been sitting on the coach or working out.. haha!
Another great workout again tonight. Getting past the pain and looking forward to going back each day. I'm liking that " bring it" feeling.
