Got on my workout last night and again this morning. So glad I did it last night. I went to sleep feeling good.
Didn't get to the gym but got 6 hours of running at the bar today. The regulars were thirsty and demanding and generous. Woohoo workout and getting paid while doing it.
There is a water aerobics class a couple of days per week. Not really a big workout though from what I've seen watching it across the pool. I think it is more geared towards giving the men a bouncing booby show
They don't do ANYTHING early at TTR! As I recall, it was about noon. Definitely not much later than that. No activities start til 10 am. Or I think actually 11 am!
okay, I'm back from my last weekend of being bad (ya right). Did 16 hrs of skiing over the past 3 days and snacked on a delicious veggie trays x 2 after skiing (so far, so good), but also had hamburgers,fries x 2, lasagna x 2, and "rye and ginger" x (God only knows). So this morning I ran 5 km with an 8 minute ab workout and this evening I did 1 1/4 hour yoga class as well as making wiser food choices all day. Feels good to be back at it. Next Monday, I will get on the scale to see the damage done over my extended Christmas break.
Ah so wish I could be in Calgary kicking your ass to the gym. Might be just a myth but for every 10 lbs you lose you gain a 1/2 on your penis. Things to think about Craig.
