This March will be our 4th trip to TTR and we have never had anything stolen from our room. As for pool-side, we take our suntan lotion :flash: and TTR mugs to the seats so if they wanna steal that - well, I am sure the many women to my left or right wouldn't mind lending me theirs ... First time we lost the code for the safe, yes a tech came down, swiped the key card and entered 00000, second time we changed the code and forget it while hammered, we called a maid over to ask her to page the tech again, she came in, looked at the safe and entered 00000 and boom it was open, third time we just did it ourselves and it opened, each time it happened it was in a different room while staying there. Here's a quick video just to show you how secure your items really are, if they want it, they'll get it. Remember locks were designed for thief's not your average everyday joe. Long story short, we've never had any issue's at TTR and we leave our Laptop's, Cell Phones, Passports, Wallets etc etc out in the open on the counter in the room and have never had any issues. The maids and staff have no reason to steal there, I assume if your in the hotel industry, your employment is more important to you then someone IPhone or Laptop or a few dolllars. So now that we know how to reset the master code, we should be fine cause when the thieves come 00000## won't work any more Just don't forget the new #,s. If it is that easy how come more stuff hasn't gone missing,??? Very honest and good staff at TTR,,, why we keep going back.
