+3lbs on the scale after the Holidays and New Years drinking. Well, at least the liver got the workout and is getting primed up for the TTR March Madness!

I am at day 3 on the new regimen now and the arms are like noodles and sore as hell, lungs are burning and I am drinking water like a camel! I decided to just go BALLS OUT... to hell with easing into it(I am still easing into the eating better though as that is my weakness). I learned my lesson on day 1 and had to dial it back. Half way into the workout I had such nausea I had to stop the p90x 3 exercises short so I didn't loose it. GO BIG OR GO HOME!

Day 1= daily step were 9500, 1 1/2hrs on the elliptical on fatburn setting+ ab ripper x+ p90x(chest & shoulders)
    Day 2=daily steps were 8700 p90x plyo+ 30min ellpitical
    Day 3=daily steps are at 16000, p90x (arms&back), ab ripper x, 1hr elliptical.

Hell, the way I figure if it doesn't kill me it will only make me sexier!

    Happy New Year, everyone.

I am off to a great start on my Intense Bikini Training program for April.

Bought a big bag of fruits and veggies today, signed up for a month of vibration fitness classes, and did an infrared sauna.

The big question is whether I can stay on the austerity plan for the next 3.5 months.

Oh, you're just a riot, missy. It's gotten quite popular here. You do squats and lunges and other stuff while standing on a machine with a vibrating plate that shakes the crap out of your fat. It's kind of depressing, as parts of your body jiggle on this thing that you didn't even realize could jiggle. You get the benefits of an hour-long workout in just 10 minutes. I did a 20-minute session today, and it actually helped my back pain a lot (I tweaked my low back just before Xmas), and my thighs and ass were stiff and tired when I got off that thing.

But the rabbit version is probably more fun!

Ha ha well thanks Kathy. But if you've got anything at all that ain't nailed down, this machine will jiggle it for you! OMG my butt and thighs are so stiff this morning! Always happy to find an effective workout that can be done in 10-20 minutes. Time is at a premium around here with my career and my son.

The website for the place I am going to is www.purevibe.ca, if you guys are interested in finding out more about this kind of workout. I'm sure most cities will now have at least one studio for vibe training.

not looking forward to doing the elliptical tonight! I couldn't get to sleep last night and when I did, it seemed like the alarm went off for me to get up and do the morning routine.
