change profile picture

    could anyone let me know how to change the profile picture? I did once and cannot figure it out.. got many request to change this one..
    must be the 2 girls going on vacation.. lol :partyhorn:

    goto user cp top left corner then click user profile. Ive got a problem too my pic is sideways!! can anyone help I'm on a mac!!
