If I have this straight the CCC theme nights are 23- Leather lace and sheer night 24- Casino/lingerie night 25- White dress/glow night 26- Bead night 27- white dress shirt with heels night 28- nothing planned as of yet from CCC 29- naughty school girl night
Yep, skipped Monday since Steve's Boobs Cruise is then and figured everyone might be too plowed to find their costume.
We are there these dates as well and I must admit I'm kinda confused on the theme nights that ccc is doing. There are a few different threads saying different things. Like on the 23rd some are saying school girl and others are saying the leather/lace/sheer. How do we know what is what? Also if we don't participate in every night, will we be odd man out or will there be others in regular clothing? Theme nights sound fun but we are trying to keep cost down and buying a costume for every night isn't going to help with that.
From all jan theme nights combined Thursday 17- casino/lingerie night Friday 18th- white night/toga / sheer Sat 19th - Body paint and or Glow night/ leather, lace Sunday 20th- White shirt (Mens shirt) night Monday 21 - Little black dress night Tuesday 22nd- School girl night /kilt Wednesday 23rd- ABC (anything but cloths) or/ sports team...jersey's Thursday 24th casino/ lingerie night This list should fall into the 2 planned Temptations night as they only plan Thursday/Friday nights. Also should match all the other list on the forums other than leather and lace on wednesdays. Can we put leather and lace with Sat night Body paint/glow night? That way we have everything covered....
From what I have seen in photos on the community page it seems that you do not need to have a costume for every theme night and there seems to be many people that simply wear regular clothing.
This statement is very true (we have been a number of times) but in saying that, the more that participate, the more fun it is....... It is also an instant ice breaker for meeting your new friends. We have met life long friends from our first trip!!! Love Temptation (blue bay) and the great people that go there. The best thing about this resort is you can do or be who every you want to be and have a great vacation.......
I understand that participation makes it more fun, but as a newbie to the forum and Temptation, I must say it is very confusing. I have seen a total of 4 different lists of what the theme nights are for when we are going. That also makes me hesitant to participate for fear of following the wrong list. As a newbie, a suggestion would be to develop a list and stick with that one list. Maybe even have someone in charge so that it prevents all the lists from coming out and confusing everyone. I have seen other people post about it being confusing and not knowing what the theme nights are.
For me part of the fun of the theme nights is finding/ creating an outfit for next to nothing. I trawl e-bay for stuff, and pick up some real bargains, my last lingerie night outfit ( a real head-turner if I say so myself) cost pennies, and you can easily create a schoolgirl outfit with a short skirt and a T shirt, I used one of the Cocobongo ones I won, and just took a pair of scissors to it! :daisy:
We have also found it very hard to plan, and have read through the forums to try and straighten out and come up with one plan....Have to remember it is an open forum anyone can make a forum and we are only trying to set up a fun time.... To try and clairify, the resort only has a couple of events set up and will try to promote leaving the resort to go buy your drinks at one of the bars downtown. we have been a few times and the theme nights help with the fun at the resort saving the need to leave and spend more money... We have read and posted the theme nights on most if not all theme night forums for the week that we are there and will also spread the word at the sexy pool on the day as to what theme is for that night... From what we see....all the themes are the same for the month just some confussion on what nights Pack what themes you want to join and ask around the pool if your unsure what night is what theme....Hope this helps Looking forward to having another great time with new and old friends in Mexico!!!
