well not gym workout, but going to remove snoww at the school. lots of heavy lifting and such. been detoxing for a couple of days, boy already feel better. not so heavy and bloated. back to the eating good, soon to the gym!! i think sept. will be a good thing!! still a non smoker kim? if so im very impressed!! that will be a feb. thing for us. and we will be sticking to it this time. glad everyone made it through the holidays safe and sound.

joining in on this thread! We are heading back to TTR in July and I'm determined to be in much better shape! I've dropped 10 lbs since the week before thanksgiving but I have a long way to go! Incredibly sore from p90x yoga yesterday but I will get a workout in today! Danielle
Hey guys I am going to get back on here - part time anyway. I have booked Halloween 2013 through Alpharooms @ $125/nt. Thought is was a good deal and only required a $200 deposit. So Kim/Bruce and Deb/Jeff, I really hope you book Halloween again as well. I still regret not getting to know you guys better last Halloween. Fitness wise, I have been holding my own up until about 10-14 days ago and then I have been an absolute trainwreck. Between experiencing some tremendous amount of pain periodically for some reason (still unknown but working on it) and being crazy busy with the retail stores and socializing when we can - my workouts are becoming infrequent and my diet is absolutely out of control. I refuse to get on a scale. However, the good news (and bad news) is that in one more week the stores will be more managable and the partying will become more infrequent. Also, I think I am on the right track to reduce the pain so after a ski trip at Mont Tremblant next weekend, I will be repenting huge once again to get back to where I should be.
Yep Kim I am getting my work outs in this week. Haven't missed one, but the diet is still an issue. Nah not the diet, it's me the feeder of the diet that needs a swift ass kicking. Lol Gonna try to get back to good eatings tomorrow. I know I wanna feel good in April.
Nice to see so many more people's coming back to the thread! We finally had the last of our Xmas gatherings tonight and even as good as the food was I feel even more shitty than I did at Thanksgiving. Now, back at it. But week one will be just following the regiment and watching what I am eating again. After that its gonna be 2-a-day workouts.
