Got another great workout in this morning .. weight is on the down scale again and of course just in time for christmas with all the yummy goodies .. that BTW I AM eating on christmas day!!. lol .. should be interesting as I have not had bread, potatoes, pasta, rice or sugar in a LOOONNGGG time.. lol I might just go into carb shock.. or at least I bet I wont feel very good.. lol
I did not workout this morning because my arms and legs were to fricken soar especially the calves ...lol I need a recovery days.. lol back at it tomorrow..

Merry Christmas. K my diet sucked at my moms last night. Damm that women can`cook. I felt almost sick when I left. I am gonna get in a good work out today as I have another Christmas supper tonight. Anyways boxing day it is back to getting healthy and feeling better.

Glad to have ya join in here!What are your dates in March? We will be there from march 26th-April 2nd, and I just delivered a huge food baby. I know that didn't bring me as much joy as your baby brought you but the holiday food did leave me right where I started 2 weeks ago. Back after it starting tomorrow though. I am gonna start going all in now seeing as though I got the doorway pull up bar and resistance bands here for Xmas.
