Ocean View Rooms

I don't get it. We booked an ocean view room (Not a suite), and asked for a room far from Paty O's, and this was our view..

 

I know during our brief stay, the front desk was packed with folks wanting to change their 2000 level rooms as far from Patty Os as possible. They hadn't slept in Days.

 

You got super lucky, winning the room lottery! Most of the ocean view rooms are behind other buildings.

 

Not sure if we get in trouble for this but we usually tip the manager on duty when we check in with a Franklin and have got what ever upgrade they have available. Stayed in the Big suite at the end twice so far.

 

for 700.00 more you can upgrade to the drops of love package and thouse rooms have a great ocean view

 

Only if available,, they include a Jacuzzi room as standard( they list it as preferred upgrade or something like that for the Ocean view.)
Unless they have changed since last year.

 

Not a good idea ,he would get fired, and if you tell everyone then that defeats the idea.

 

Guess that makes sense , just kidding guys don't try it u will end up in a Mexican jail

 

Don't get drops of love, just upgrade to a better room if that is what you want - drops of love is a rip off

Depends on how they charge you, I was charged $517 for the week and that included the room upgrade to a Jacuzzi Room. So if you deduct the price of the room it wasn't that much. (216 at the time).
About the only thing of real value in the package was the Couples massage , and the priority seating at all the Restaurants.Worth the 216.


Second time I went back I had already booked the Jac/Rm and they wanted the same money,,, NOT WORTH it.

So for people that are interested book the cheapest room then upgrade on checkin,or email, but if you don't want the room its not worth the price.
