The size isn't a huge deal. I am 5'11" and weigh 187. I have a size 32-33 waist but the prob is the belly fat and cardio. doing the Plyo was killer the first week but the upper body stuff came pretty easy. It is when I have to keep the heart rate up around 150+ to keep burning the fat that is when I have the troubles staying on pace. It is just killer doing the dryland work seeing as though I am used to being in the pool, but haven't been for a few years.
If you want a strange read and different view on dieting (not recommending it) cause its crazy but the [ame="http://www.Amazon.com/gp/product/030746363X/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=030746363X&linkCode=as2&tag=cancuncare-20"]4 hour body by timothy Ferris. I just started it and well.. I dont know what to think..I know a couple of people that did it and the male of the couple had to stop because he was losing to much fat.. Ill wait until im done reading I think.. I like the one day off though.. eat anything you want for one day a week. I am very sceptical tho. haha! its a good read so far, makes you think but not sure its that good for you and not sure if you could maintain it or what happens when you reach your goal.. simular to atkins as far as I can see. but Like I said.. I just started it. :icon_razz:
ughhh... haven't been in like a week... Just feel so drained lately... Going to attempt to go after work today...
Well I am busy doing the race to get birthday shopping done for Glenn and my son. I been working 600 am to 200 shifts and shopping after work until like 5-6 and not getting my work outs in at all. I need to get a decent work out in, so I can feel better.
haha! Great diet drink, only 100 calories per ounce and 7 gm of carbs to spike your sugar, which really helps stoke that furnace you have going on.. lol but the good news is, its winter and it will keep you nice and warm..
Been doing the up at 4:30a doing p90x, work from 7-4, make dinner, then from 7pm-9 doing cardio and ab ripper x or the second 1/2 of the yoga. I don't care what all the tough guys out there think of yoga. I used to laugh my ass off at it. "how can yoga be tough? All you are doing is stretching."..... EFF THAT!! I think they came up with yoga as a form of torture in ancient times and now we think it's cool. that crap is a workout.
