Do you change up your routine at all? If you do the same workout over and over your body kinda gets used to it. If you do something totally different it can kind of "Shock" your system back into weight loss... I've only been twice this week... Personal trainer is gonna yell at us on monday lol...
I work with a personal trainer 3 times a week so thoes are always different workouts and on my own I do differrnt things more cardio on my own.. I know what it is. My body is at the weight it likes to be.. haha! it has always tried to stay at this weight and fights me too and nail.. lol I will win though..
Back from Cancun and ready to go again. As usual yep I gained there and now it's time to kick it in the ass.
I had a blast, and a little too drunk on Saturday but I bounced back and made it out on the saturday night for christmas night. We met some great people that we hadn't met before so it was fun. The Boobs Cruise was great too with Chinos. Lost two pounds today so I am taking it. Yep it will probably be back tommorow.
I am stuck at the same weight.. I am 5 lbs from goal so Im not worried about it to much untill after christmas.. I would be happy to stay here until then.. the winter is getting me down as far as energy. I have just been so damn tired lately.. hate to see when it is really winter...I deff need to give my ass a kick in the exercise department tho.
I'm with ya girl.. maybe we should pull a quick trip like Glenn and Monique.. get out of these winter blues
Wait 'til you see Jannet next time! Now Billy is at school she's got time to go the gym again. She's eating really healthy, and doing 2 -2.5 hrs 5 days a week with her personal trainer, who I think must have been a torturer in another life. 800 sit ups anyone! She's only been going for a month but is well into it and looking great already.
