A premier member is someone who either bought a condo at the resort, or rented a week from an owner (through RCI or other timeshare rental sites). We have been there as both, first as a non-member until we bought ours on eBay for literally $1. All we have to pay are the AI fees each trip, then the yearly maintenance fee which isn't that bad at all. Honestly, we may pay a bit more than we would otherwise all in all, but we do get extended service at the pools, etc (waiter service), top shelf liquor, and more extensive menus at the restaurants. We also get more discounts on things (like the spa, etc) and a separate check in service and we don't have to wait for reservations like we did our first trip. Honestly, the maintenance fee is about what it costs to rent a week, so I would recommend doing that in lieu of buying unless you can find one for a price like we did. We love the place though, so it works for us.
First visit Visiting Jan 9-16 but staying at another resort all but two nights Haven't picked which nights we are staying at Temptations but can't wait!
