Suite cases are out.....some things thrown in.....shopping for last minute items....19 more days....can't wait. Looking forward to seeing my old friends and meeting new ones.
2 days... well 14 days until cancun, but I start my travelling in 2 days, mainland spain for benidorm fiestas, uk for shopping therapy then mexico..cases packed to overflow, lol will just dump clothes along route as the weather gets warmer :aktion014:.. done my express check in, but couldnt do checkout as they didnt have my date in drop down list.. so looks like I am staying indefinitely lol...
In theory the hotel gets the information so check in is quicker because they have the information. You can ask for a preference like room # or type. In reality though it just makes us feel better to do it because it means your only two weeks away from your trip which is the earliest you can do it. Alot of us haven't noticed any difference in years past and half the time the hotel doesn't even seem to get the information anyway. Check in is usually quick regardless. You can do it directly from the Temptation website and you'll get a confirmation email afterward.
Perfect example is that I did the express check-in with my confirmation number and got back confirmation of check in that said I was arriving Nov 9 and leaving Nov 10. We are going the 23rd to Dec 2nd. Had to call the reservation desk...you can imagine how that went. They said oh no..you are here on the 23rd. Fingers are crossed.
Power came back Friday and internet/cable yesterday. Now I can start concentrating on the trip. 23 more days!!!!!!!!!!
