In our three trips to TTR we've done the express check-in once and not done it the other two times. I didn't notice any difference the time we used it. The check-in process was painless and fairly quick each time. And being extra nice to the front desk staff has always got us a room in the area we wanted. So not sure if I'll bother going through the express check-in this time... unless others have had a different experience? Based on a variety of threads about it on this forum I think most have the same experience that we've had. On a related note, 7 days from now we'll be having fun in the sexy pool :aktion033:
yep.. you can say that again! 200km south of the arctic circle! No trees... just ice, snow and wind!!! Looking forward to trading it all in for 2 weeks of sun, beach and breeze!!!!
I don't think so. I've read about lots of other people making requests through their travel agent, through email, and through express check-in, and I don't think I've ever heard someone say that it actually made a difference. Once you get there you end up explaining what you want all over again. That being said, with a smile and some patience we've never had any problem getting what we wanted. So we just go with the flow and I'm sure we'll be taken care of when we're there.
we did in cabo and we got it. but i don't know about this resort. we have a jacuzzi suite so i requested ground floor.... we'll see i guess !! most resorts are pretty accommodating!
We made the request on the Express Checkin and had good luck last time so trying it again this time to see if it works out again......
