I know it sounds stupid, but I love watching the wildlife around TTR too. The birds are lovely, and fish by the pier. Watching the pelicans dive for fish off the pier is fun...mind you, stuff that goes on at the sexy pool is much more fun to watch too!

I don't agree with all the 'exotic' pets they parade around for photos - makes me nervous how they're looked after. They are there purely to make money from having a picture taken. What happens when they get too old to look cute for photos? Where are they taken to at the end of the day, and how are they fed/watered during the hot days?

I ounce saw those pelicans flying in perfect formation, and a worker said, ''Look our Mexican air force'' they were a site too see. I,m glad the sea gulls were not in the pool last April.

Damn seagulls get everywhere. What on earth would be in the pool to interest them? There's a flock that live on top of the burger king around the corner from where I live - why they haven't called pest control I've no idea. Where I work there's a flock of white pigeons that keep taking residence and making a mess of the parking lot. Occasionally every 6 months or so (usually a Monday) when their number reaches about 40, they'll be gone and a mass of white feathers all over the place so they must be calling in somebody with a licence to shoot them down every so often.
