HA sorry bout that....If you go to the main page of CCC main page towards the top it says "cancun hotels". Click there and the format is the exact same as alpharooms just plug in your dates and presto you will see what I am talking bout. It doesn't say alpharooms anywhere on there, I was going off of the knowledge of the working partnership with CCC and Alpha. Secondly, the link is clicking on Alpharooms that is attached just about anywhere that will bring you directly to the Alpharooms webpage. from there the prices are cheaper. It just seems odd they are that much different. Wish I knew how to work it or perhaps it it solely the dates that make a difference but howare ppl finding $125/nt for 2 ppl?????:icon_question:
I think people were saying they have seen that in the past. No one seems to be able to find that price now for April or may. The link on the top of page 1 was $99 a night total. That deal has ended and was in question in the first place since no one had successfully used that vendor. In hind site my opinion is it was legit since they sold out of the packages. If it was a scam they would of just sold as many as they could and took the money and run. But at this point for the rest of us it doesn't really matter since the deal is gone. The best I see for my dates, early may is around $170 a night. Others the best they see is $200 something as they have different dates, usually April. End result is I don't think there is a $125 a night deal out there right now for may and especially not April. If anyone knows differently hopefully they will speak up. Edited 20 mins after posting... I just priced on alpharooms for our late April / early may dates and got $135 a night. Last time I priced about a week ago I got $170. Maybe it depends on the exact arrival date. I did April 26 arrival for 7 nights.
Is that per person or for 2 ppl? I guess it would only stand to reason that from the start of spring-break through the end of April the rates would be higher.
I've been looking at 8 nights in January on alpharooms for a few weeks now. It's been $872 per person for the entire time, except for one day I saw the price drop to $690 per person. I didn't book when I saw that, and I haven't seen it that low since. Hopefully I can catch it if it drops back down. If not, expedia has been the best price I've found.
That is for 2 ppl, not each. I suggest moving your arrival date by a couple days and see if the total price changes. For example I looked at a may 1st arrival for 7 nights and got quoted at about $170 a night total. I moved it to April 26th and it went to $135 a night total. Keep in mind half the nights overlap so finding the right arrival date was key to getting a good nightly rate for the 7 nights.
