I unfortunately am prone to stomach issues after getting food poisoning in Florida 5 years ago. Last year a new doctor told me that Pepto is a really good way to keep from getting montezuma's. Once daily dose in the morning. And if you get the runs start immodium right away. Has worked for me since. Angie
