TTR is all-inclusive, drink as much as you want and only pay for tips. I have a hangover for 2 weeks when I get back, can't imagine doing more and different damage.
You actually breathe a sigh of relief once you cross into Mexico, it is on U.S. soil and air space where you actually have to worry.
