True story... We had McDonalds for breakfast yesterday since we were in a rush for the doctor appointments and everything and today I feel disgusting for it lol..
!! WARNING !! 5 pieces of Kentucky fried Chicken over 2 day period = 3 lbs (and a few fries and bit of gravy...LOL) SOB I just don't get it how can not even a total of 1/2 lb of chicken (and is it really chicken??) over a 2 day period = 3lbs... it just isn't fair...

Monday morning weigh in week 1, -5 week 2. -1 week 3, -1 week 4, -1.2 week 5, -1.4 week 6, -O week 7, -2 total -11.6 lbs..:we leave Friday at 830 am.. not exactly 2 lbs per week but oh so close! Ill take it!!!!
