    LOL, not a who....just a what. Kelly loves sparkly and glittery things and is just hoping for an excuse to break out the body glitter. Not that she really needs an excuse in the end.

    What about Mardis Gras?...I've always wanted to go to New Orleans for Mardi Gras....lots of beads...and masks...and GLITTER ( Kelly :D)....and dancing...and lots of good natured mayhem....
