Awesome and good luck! Let us know how you made out. A 5k - as in 5 kilometres?, I'd didn't think the States did anything in kilometres By the way, your greeting should be "Hey ladies and Jim".
You go girl.. when?? I'll be thinking and cheering for you from Canada :huepfen021: ooops this Saturday... you go girl very excited for you..
Thanks y'all! It was raining and freaking cold but we still did it! Actually placed 2nd in my age catagory! It was great and already planning the next one!

way to go on your run!! that is a goal to work for. would like to try for something like that myself. our son and his girlfriend are doing the tough mudders thing this month. sounds pretty hairy!! there is a part of the course where they have to go through electrisity. ouch if you hit it!! we are going to go watch. but they have been training pretty hard for it for awhile now. way to go partydoll still not smoking!! way to go!!!!!!!!! we are going to give it another shot before to long now. cant stand the things!! glad eceryone seems in good spirits. hope the excer. and food choices pays off for ya.
Tough mudder is the real man's version of Warrior dash lol... I have a friend that did all 3 spartan races this year, as well as tough mudder, and attempted a 50 mile (yes 50 mile) Ultra run... (He made it 32 miles)... That's dedication. I still don't know how he did all of that...
