Temporary home for dog

My neighbor's aunt asked her to care for her dog while she was traveling- but has not returned. The neighbor would welcome someone taking that burden, as she is not up to the task, working full time and going to school full time, and the dog suffers from lack of care and attention.

Any suggestions?

Tell her to get as much info as possible, along with clear pictures, showing the size of the dog as well.

The dog should be considered as "abandoned property" and treated as such.
