I look forward to meeting you also and Thanks... I was thinking about you when I was making my rant... and thought Well Jim think of all the extra chocolate and peanut butter...LOL I think I know my weakness is wine, Jeff and I talked about that and he said... forget it I want a happy wife at home as much as i want a happy wife at Temptations...
Too funny! In 4 weeks, let's just kick back and party. Perhaps I can bath in wine before we meet and we can mutually worship each other - TTR style.:aktion030::3some: Jim
Wine is my weak spot as well.... It's been so long since Ive had any... Hmmmm Wine = Happy Wife....... Maybe that explains it! lol Cheryl
Weight is still the same. My back is killing me today so I stayed home from work. Sciatic has got me motionless for at least today.
Ouch Monique that sucks...been there. And yes Jim ...Wine = happy wife so when I see a diet that tells me no drinking..no wine.. I say go to hell have a glass and I'm happy again... ta da....LOL
Deb I meant that I am still down five.........haven't lost anymore but working on it. I wish it was down somemore.
Been a while since I've posted in here, but wanted to give a quick update and word of encouragement....Keep going!! Don't give up!! It is so worth it to be healthy! I'm maintaining well on my weight and have truly (finally) embraced living a lifestyle instead of thinking of myself on a permanent "diet". But better (yes, better!) than maintaining my weight is the fact that I am truly healthier! Went for my physical and my cholesterol has dropped by another 20 points! My blood pressure is doing great as well. Five years ago my cholesterol was over 280, my triglycerides were over 320 and my blood pressure was high to the point that I needed meds to contol it. Now, all labs are well within normal and no meds needed for that blood pressure! It is hard work, no doubt about it, but worth it?? DEFINITELY!!! Oh, I've added weight lifting to the regimen....so hoping to show off some muscle sometime in April/May at TTR!
I did weigh in this morning and I am -1.2 lb, week 1, -5 week 2. -1 week 3, -1 week 4, -1.2 but i went up 2 lbs the end of the the 3rd week. so lost the 2lbs plus 1.2
