Ok all you losers...LOL We have finally have all of our commitments taken care of... quick trip to BC this weekend... So no more excuses got to get at it, nothing in my way now..
I didnt get a chance to weigh in this morning because I was late getting my ass out of bed and had to meet my trainer at the gym at 6am but.. I had an ok weekend.. no drinks and did ok on my food. I got a good work out in on saturday and 4.5 hours of shopping at the mall on sunday with my 14 year old daughter.. that should account for something.. lol so we will see tomorrow how things go.
I did weigh in this morning and I am -1 lb, again, I guess its better than nothing. but OMG! its slow.. week 1, -5 week 2. -1 week 3, -1

ok weve been back for 3 days now. i felt good at TTR, had a blast, but the nagging in the back of my head kept sneeking in telling me ya know such and such would look better if you could fit your fat ass in it!!! so, here i go!!!!! brought my veggie, hot peppers, and cottage cheese for lunch, with tuna. i really like it so, thats what i have. dinner not sure yet but will be healthy. not sure how soon we can go back, but i will be ready. keep up all the work ladies and just think teenie weenie yellow polkadot bikini!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i need to drag out a pic. of the way i was a couple of years ago and put it on the fridge!! so when the munchies hit i can look at that and say no!!! maybe post one on the do i dare say it full lenghth mirror in the bedroom!! that should motivate me!!! so good luck, stay strong. this will happen.
