I am doing everything i'm supposed to and no loss so far this week.. but my weigh in is Monday.. its so frustrating when you know you have stayed on program and you have no loss.. guess i'm gonna have to take some food away.. and as a tip.. if you are eating balanced meals.. take away your fruit until you start to lose again.. keep up the great work.. stay focused and work hard! we can do it! KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED!..lol
I have nothing.... no excuses, no loss, no gain... nothing... though glad to see everyone is on track... from what I've read or heard regarding fruit is, you sould never eat fruit after 3:00 pm. Keep up the good work everyone
Thanks, as of this morning I am down 3 lbs from returning from cancun. My goal is 40 before april. Hoping to shake my skinny skinny ass in April.
Well we are probably going the second week of April. At least that what I think but I have to look at everything else before we decide. I'll have if figured out soon cause I have to pick my holidays. Another work out it today and haven't missed a day yet. I need to get back to everyday as every second really does't work for me.
First of all - way to go! I do not think there is anything wrong with working out everyday. I just change the workout to focus on different body part to deter fatigue. Whatever works for you, keep doing it. I myself just take Saturdays off. Next year, I am fairly certain there will be at least one TTR trip but haven't even thought about when it would be - never during the warm months. Not even going to think about it until next year.
