Too late Kim, it's always 5 lbs and this trip is no different. A week never changes that either so I know where I am and what I have to do. I am not gonna wait to do it. I started back today and I am gonna work out daily to get it all back. I want to feel good in April, maybe be smaller that last April.

so.. I did weigh in this mornign and I am -1 lb, Ill take it .. its better than nothing and my average is 3 lbs a weeK so far.. haha! week 1, -5 week 2. -1

Down like only a half a pound since getting back, but I got in 30 minutes on the elliptical, 15 on the threadmill, 30 minutes on the spin bike, and 30 minutes of leg and ab exercises today. I feel good about what I accomplished today.

Yes, that is a crazy workout to start. Be careful not to overdue it. I think the weight is always slow to come off when you first start but as long as you are being careful about what you are putting into your body, the weight will absolutely come off.
