Thanks for the feedback on the 31st vs the 1st. I have just realised the 1st Nov is a Thursday. We can no longer run on Thursdays due to a new contract the boat operator has every Thursday. The consequences are we'd have families using the beach club at the same time we are there. Obviously this isn't a good mix and could cause complaints from both groups. Therefore we'd have to run either the 31st or the 2nd. We did run a cruise last year on Halloween and it worked very well, which was why I picked the date again this year. I do feel that moving to the 2nd means some people would miss out who wanted to come, we have quite a few leaving the 2nd and many of those wont have arrived for the cruise on the 27th.
Any interest for a Boob Cruise on 9th or 10th of Oct? We are in,,,,, reply if you are too! I think we need a minimum of 25 people.
Okay, I am going to do what a swore I would never do. Knowing that there is never going to be a date that will satisfy everyone, I swore that I would never whine about the dates you selected for the boob cruise. You have been doing this for a long time and do your best to select that dates that make the most sense. If I thought it was just me, I swear I wouldn't say a word. The fear I have is not that the boob cruise wouldn't be success, I believe it would be a tremendous success. The fear is that Halloween night would be a bust. As you know, most theme nights after the boob cruise often bomb as many people are partied out after the cruise. I believe that a lot of people booked over Halloween to specifically to experience a Temptation's Halloween costume party. It would be a shame if we did not get to experience it in it's full potential. Having said this, I have another concern (perhaps unfounded). I thought that a October 29 and a November 2nd would have satisfied most people and both would be sell-outs. Anyway enough said on this, whatever day you choose my party of 6 will be going. Food for thought if nothing else.
Jim & Cheryl, my wife and I are in agreement with you. I would gladly sign up for either the 29th or November 2. The 29th would even work out for those people getting in on the 27th and leaving the 1st. I'll let the majority rule, but I'd hate to have to "pace myself" on the 31st if that was the only option. Just my 2 cents!
I just copied and pasted a mini roll call in the Halloween Week thread and I may not have used the lastest one. Having said that, I'm glad you are coming, I'm confident that you will love it. Sorry that it is for such a short time - you will have to party extra hard for the time that you are there. We may see you in passing as we are just arriving on October 30th. :aktion069:
Yes, me too! But it is an impossible task to please everyone and as much as we think of the boob cruise as the highlight to our vacation, it is also a business and in order to stay in business, Steve must make smart decisions on its behalf. In my opinion, looking at the amount of people going before and after - one boob cruise will not be enough and if you are going to do two - one before and one after seems to make sense. But, never having run a boob cruise before, my opinion definitely should not mean a whole lot. Whatever date is chosen, I will try to be the first to sign up. I know it will be awesome on whatever date it lands,,,,err sails:icon_lol:.
